Mark Dreyfus Q.C. (B.A., LL.B.) was admitted in Victoria in 1982 and signed the Bar Roll in 1987. He was Ministerial Advisor to the Victorian Attorney-General and Minister for Planning 1985-1987. He is the Legal Editor of the Victorian Planning Reports, the co-author of the Contract chapter in Butterworths' Court Forms, Precedents and Pleadings, Victoria, and a member of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association. He is also admitted to practice in the Northern Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Nauru. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1999.
