Marianne Barker (B.Ec., LL.M) was admitted in Victoria in 1985 and signed the Bar Roll in 1992.
She is a Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, a Member of the Copyright Society of Australia and a Member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and was previously its Treasurer and Secretary.
She has been a reporter for the Intellectual Property Reports and the Intellectual Property Section of Butterworths Franchising Service and is currently a writer for Butterworths Court Forms, Precedents and Pleadings - Victoria in relation to Copyright and the Intellectual Property Precedents (Copyright, Trade Marks, S52 & Passing Off Court Precedents) Loose-leaf services.
