William Lye has a Master of Laws (specialising in Intellectual Property), and a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; a Past President of the Chinese Professional and Business Association of Victoria (www.cpba.com.au); a Sessional Instructor at Leo Cussen Institute on Intellectual Property and Commercial & Corporate Practice; Chief Examiner and Sessional Lecturer at Monash University Law Faculty Juris Doctor degree in Contracts Law; and the Principal Representative in Australia for the World Chinese Economic Summit (www.wceforum.org).


William is also Adjunct Fellow within the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre and the National Vice President of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association.
