Carmella Ben-Simon has practised as Counsel for over 28 years and has extensive experience in long and complex trials, particularly those involving financial matters.

Carmella accepts briefs in Commercial Law, Family Law and Wills and Probate matters. She also appears in cases involving serious children's issues and relocation disputes.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Carmella obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. She worked as a litigation lawyer and lecturer in Business Law.

Carmella is a nationally accredited mediator who regularly conducts and appears at mediations, regularly delivers papers to the legal profession and is a coach for the Bar readers course for the Barrister training program.
