We are delighted to welcome Neill Hutton back to Foley's List! Neill has specialised in conducting criminal trials for many years and also appears at appeals (County Court and Supreme Court - Court of Appeal), Order 56 reviews, inquests and confiscation matters.

After many months of renovations, we are delighted to showcase our fully renovated office!

Expanding into what used to be the Commonwealth Bank, the entire Foley’s team is now located in the same office for the first time in 20+ years.

The new office is available for all list members 24/7 with added amenities including printing facilities, 9 standing desks and 6 focus rooms.

We are excited to see this new space come to life!

We are absolutely thrilled by the turnout last week at our inaugural Readers Drinks. It was enlivening to see Foley's new office space filled up by our List Members!

We would like to thank Carmella Ben-Simon who was the MC of the night. And a special thank you to our guest of honor, The Hon. Justice Michelle Quigley who addressed the formalities, and celebrated the achievements of the List.

We are delighted to welcome Geet Malyaviya to Foley's List! We look forward to having his support on our growing team.

Geet is in the process of completing his double degree in Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminal Justice & Criminology at Swinburne University. He aims to enrol in his Practical Legal Training (PLTs) from late-July with the hope of becoming an admitted lawyer by the end of 2024. His interests in the legal field revolve around Employment Law, Personal Injury/Tort Law, and Criminal Law.

Outside of his studies, Geet enjoys hiking with friends and engaging in various outdoor activities. He has a background in professional cricket, having played as a batter for the Junior Queensland team, and also served as a goalkeeper for his school’s 2nd XI's soccer team.

Ayya is currently a bachelor of laws student in her penultimate year of studies, with a specific interest in the commercial law industry. She has had previous paralegal experience, focusing on indictable offences while working with vulnerable youth. She is thrilled to be joining Foley’s List and looks forward to starting a new career and building new relationships.
