Daniel Gurvich KC has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal law, including trials and appeals. He has particular experience in Commonwealth criminal law, government regulation and corporate crime.

Tristan Joseph practices in regulatory and quasi-criminal law, employment and industrial relations law, inquests and tribunals. Tristan specialises in workplace / occupational health and safety and other regulatory prosecutions.

Leigh Crosbie accepts briefs to appear in criminal, quasi-criminal, regulatory and public law matters. He has a particular interest in regulatory and public law, including matters before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and coronial inquests.
