PROFILE

Chris accepts briefs to appear and advise in migration law, criminal law, commercial disputes, military law, family law, employment law, and common law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Chris practised as a solicitor for over seven years in a boutique commercial law firm and a leading migration law firm.

Chris’ commercial practice saw him providing advice in commercial disputes, drafting shareholder agreements, opposing winding-up applications, unfair dismissals, and seconded to work with in-house legal teams. Chris’ work in migration law saw him appear in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as well as give advice in all areas of migration law.
