Laura Colla was admitted to practice in November 1994 and signed the Bar Roll in November 2000.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Laura was a LIV Accredited Family Law Specialist and Senior Associate, gaining experience in complex family law financial and parenting matters. She was a member of the LIV "Family Court Practice" Committee and its "Family Law Education" Committee.
Laura practises exclusively in family law and is available to do appearance work for final and interim hearings as well as mediations. She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
Laura was Secretary of the Family Law Bar Association from 2007-2009, a Tribunal Member of Football Federation Victoria, an active member of the Victorian Bar's Professional Standards Education and Health and Wellbeing Committees.
Laura enjoyed the foundation work giving rise to the creation and administration of the Victorian Bar Community Choir and Studio 11 at Owen Dixon Chamber East.
Laura is a member of the Family Law Bar Association, the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section, Family Law Council of Australia.
