Ivan accepts briefs in all areas of commercial litigation. Ivan has over 15 years of expertise in:
- insolvency (including public examinations, voidable transaction claims, winding ups, bankruptcies and all forms of external administration);
- banking and finance law and security enforcement; and
- corporate disputes (including oppression proceedings, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, valuation disputes, ASIC prosecutions and directors’ duties cases).
Ivan is also experienced with property disputes, fraud matters, commercial leasing, Australian Consumer Law and guardianship matters.
Before coming to the Bar, Ivan was a partner in the dispute resolution team at Gadens.
