John is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in litigation and a former President of the Law Institute of Victoria while Suzie is also a solicitor with substantial experience in criminal law.

The Foley’s team of clerks includes Jeff Bell and Greg Williamson who have a combined clerking experience of over 45 years. Andrew Turner joined the team in 2006.
