Vicky Priskich (LL.B, SJD) was admitted to practice in 1994 and signed the Bar Roll in 2005.

As a member of the Phillips Fox and Blake Dawson Waldron commercial litigation teams, she gained broad experience in contractual disputes, ranging from the sale of private businesses to gas supply and gas privatisation projects. Her practice also encompassed advising liquidators, conducting banking, finance, and tax and restrictive trade practices litigation. She was also involved in administrative and constitutional law matters.

In 2001 Vicky completed a Doctor of Juridical Science degree at the University of Melbourne.

Her doctorate considered the liability of companies in corporate groups and the duties and liabilities of directors and banks. Prior to commencing her doctoral studies, Vicky worked in the commercial litigation group at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in their Perth office.

Vicky is a visiting lecturer at Monash University, teaching the postgraduate unit "Current Issues in Banking and Finance Law". She has published articles on the subjects of directors' duties, money laundering and tracing.
