Annette Kaitinis (LL.B.) was admitted to practice in Tasmania and Victoria in 1997 and signed the Bar Roll in April 2004. Prior to being admitted, Annette was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Peter Underwood of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.

Annette commenced her career in litigation at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and in 2001 was appointed a senior associate. She worked on a wide range of commercial matters including contractual disputes, Corporations Law, public liability, trade practices, insurance, local government planning and building control and financial securities litigation.

Since signing the Bar Roll Annette has appeared in most jurisdictions, including the Magistrates' Court, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, County Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court, Federal Magistrates' Court and the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
