Claire Folley (B.A., LL.B.) was admitted to practice in March 1999 and signed the Bar Roll in 2000. Prior to coming to the Bar she worked as a solicitor at Ligeti Partners, practising in the area of Insurance Litigation. Before this, Claire gained experience in the areas of Intellectual Property, Property and general Commercial Law, having worked in a small commercial law firm. She has appeared before the County and Supreme Courts.
