Robyn Lee Wheeler (B.A., LL.B. (Monash)) was admitted to practice in 1985 commencing her career at the specialist family law firm of Ridgeway Clements. In 1990 she commenced working at Slater & Gordon building up a substantial family law practice and subsequently becoming a Partner and Accredited Specialist. Robyn has acted as a solicitor/advocate doing much of her own appearance work. This included running successful and reported trials for spouses aggrieved by the then new child support legislation. She sat on a number of Law Institute Family Law Advisory Committees. She has conducted successful mediations. Robyn was called to the Bar in 1998 and practises in all areas of Family Law and Defacto Property matters (including cross-vested proceedings) as well as Crimes Family Violence matters and Stalking Cases. Robyn is available to take briefs in both Victoria and New South Wales (including District, Local and Supreme Court) in particular Albury-Wodonga and Echuca circuits.
