Karen Streckfuss (BA., LL.B (Hons.)) was admitted in 1996 and signed the Bar Roll in 1998. Most of Karen's experience has been gained in the employment law/industrial relations and commercial litigation area. Karen has experience in unfair dismissals, equal opportunity and discrimination matters and breach of award litigation. She has also advised on industrial action, drafted individual and enterprise agreements and advises generally on employment law matters. She has appeared in the Federal Court, Industrial Relations Commission and Magistrates' Court in this capacity. Karen also has experience in general commercial litigation.
