Stephen O'Bryan S.C. (LL.B., LL.M. (Melb)) was admitted in Victoria in 1982 and signed the Bar Roll in 1983 having been Associate to Justices Aickin and Dawson in the High Court of Australia.

Stephen is also admitted to practice in ACT, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2003.
