Timothy Ginnane SC (B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)) took silk in 2003 having signed the Bar Roll in 1979.

Tim Ginnane practises in administrative law, employment and industrial relations law, trade practices, commercial law, including insurance and corporations law, constitutional law and sports law.

He appears before all Courts and tribunals, including administrative and disciplinary tribunals.

He has appeared for and advised a wide range of clients, including Commonwealth and State government departments, regulatory agencies, statutory authorities and Boards as well as individuals and companies.

He has been briefed to appear in Royals Commissions, including as counsel assisting.

He is an accredited mediator.

Tim is also admitted to practice in NSW, the ACT and Queensland.
