Clarinda Molyneux Q.C. (B.A., LL.B.) was admitted to practice in 1980 and signed the Bar Roll in 1984. She was appointed one of Her Majesty's Counsel in 1996. Clarinda has a specialised practice in Family Law appearing in Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Tasmania in both trial and appellate courts. In addition, Clarinda has developed an expertise in de facto property law matters and has appeared in other areas including equal opportunity, professional conduct, guardianship and testators' family maintenance matters.
