Frank Costigan Q.C. (LL.B.) was admitted in Victoria in 1953 and signed the Bar Roll in 1957. He is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators Australia - Grade 1 Arbitrator - and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1973. He is also admitted to practice in N.S.W. (Q.C.), A.C.T. (Q.C.), N.T. (Q.C.), S.A. (Q.C.), W.A.(Q.C.), Qld., Tas., Ireland. Mr. Costigan now practices for the most part in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution, either in Arbitration (as Arbitrator) or Mediation (as Mediator).
