The Contract:Getting it Right from the Beginning

Typically the making of a contract for the sale of land in Victoria is relatively straightforward. However this process may break down at various stages due either to factors of a general contract law nature or peculiar to contracts of sale of land. This paper considers some issues that may arise through the medium of recently decided Victorian Supreme Court cases.
