Profile

Philip Teo practices in public law, predominantly in the areas of criminal and quasi-criminal law and administrative law. 

He has appeared unled in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, the Children's Court of Victoria and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

Philip is on the Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial Preferred Barrister List and holds an Indictable Crime Certificate from the Victorian Bar.

Philip accepts briefs in all metropolitan courts and circuit courts in regional Victoria. He has also appeared in the Koori Court Divisions of the Magistrates' and County Courts and has undertaken cultural awareness training for persons who are members of Aboriginal communities.
