Jennifer has gained many years of advocacy experience whilst she worked as a solicitor advocate within the Family Violence Division of the Heidelberg Magistrate's court. She has extensive experience in intervention applications including applications involving children, police, DHS and contested hearings.

Jennifer worked at DLA Phillips Fox as a commercial litigator within their commercial litigation department. She instructed in courts and tribunals ranging from AAT/VCAT to County Court and Court of Appeal. She received extensive training in bankruptcy and insolvency whilst in their employ. She regularly offered her time for Pro Bono work with the homeless persons' legal clinic and now volunteers under the Vic Bar scheme.

Since coming to the bar, Jennifer has extended her practice to include all aspects of family law, including drafting of affidavits and orders, mediations and conciliations. She also appears in contested hearings relating to child protection, children's court welfare matters and Guardianship and administration applications.

Her experience extends to Coronial inquests, civil litigation appearances and the drafting of pleadings and other relevant documents.

Jennifer has completed a Masters in International Business Law, with a particular interest in Sports and Entertainment Law.
