Profile

Craig's practice is predominantly in the areas of industrial and employment law and the related areas of administrative, disciplinary and discrimination law.  He appears in the Federal Court, the Fair Work Commission, and other courts and tribunals, in trials and appeals. Craig has a national practice involving regular interstate appearances and advice.

Craig is a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne Law School teaching Labour Standards under the Fair Work Act. He is the author of the industrial law chapter in the Butterworths Federal Civil Litigation Precedents service and is a reporter for the Industrial Reports.

Craig is the President of the Industrial Bar Association.
