Andrew has practised extensively in all manner of business and commercial disputes and cases and has considerable expertise in pleadings, advice, mediation, trial and other appearance, including appellate, work.

For over 10 years, he has specialised in insurance contracts litigation, having appeared for both insured and insurer in numerous cases involving non-disclosure, fraud and other insurance questions, including construction of insurance contracts and arson.

For the past 5 years, he has appeared in many personal injury and property damage cases, mainly occupier’s liability, including jury cases, and s.138 and other insurance recoveries.

He also has experience in testators family maintenance and testamentary capacity cases.
