Profile
Sam has expertise in representing solicitors and barristers before the Legal Profession Tribunal (now the Legal Practice List at VCAT) and in the courts in civil claims, costs disputes and disciplinary matters arising under the Legal Practice Act, Legal Profession Act and professional conduct rules as well as at common law. Sam also maintains an active commercial litigation practice covering negligence claims against professionals (Accountants, Architects, Engineers), trade practices, insurance litigation and building cases.
