He is Chairman of the Law Council of Australia�s ADR Committee, a member of the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (Switzerland), a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).  He is an acknowledged specialist in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation, Arbitration and Independent Expert Determinations).  He is heavily involved in Sports Law and Administration at the Olympic and Australian Rules Football level.
