Stephen O'Bryan QC (LL.B, LL.M(Melb)) was admitted in Victoria in 1982 and signed the Bar Roll in 1983 having been Associate to Justices Aickin and Dawson in the High Court of Australia.

Stephen took silk in 2003 and principally practiced in administrative, commercial and trade practices law. Between 2013-2017 he served the full five year non-renewable term as founding commissioner of Victoria’s public sector anti-corruption and police oversight agency, IBAC.
