Laura was admitted to practice in November 1994 and signed the Bar Roll in November 2000. 

Prior to being called to the Bar, Laura was a LIV Accredited Family Law Specialist and Senior Associate, gaining experience in complex family law financial and child welfare matters. In addition, she was a member of the LIV "Family Court Practice" Committee and its "Family Law Education" Committee.

Laura practises exclusively in family law and is available to do appearance work for final and interim hearings and conciliation conferences. She is also available to draft documents and prepare advices.

As an Accredited Mediator, Laura undertakes mediations in family law matters.  She is also a Member of the Australian Institue of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators.

Laura has presented papers and chaired seminars on important family law developments. She instructs in the Leo Cussen Institute Family Law Training program.  She is a committee member and immediate past secretary of the Family Law Bar Association and was a member of the Victorian Bar's Professional Standards Education Committee.

Laura is the immediate past secretary of the Family Law Bar Association.
